- numerically controlled turning lathe for wheel sets
- specialized instruments for manufacturing car frames guaranteeing not only the required accuracy and ease of recreating the same dimensions but also, thanks to the right positioning, high quality of welds
- plasma burners and specialized high-performance welding equipment
It also has:
- automatic shot blasting station for tanks to allow proper preparation of the surface of car structures, tanks and spare parts for painting
- painting line for painting cars and tanks after shot blasting, equipped with a high-pressure, cost-efficient painting unit, moving platforms and specialized intake and exhaust ventilation equipment
- manual shot blasting station for wet blasting of tanks and car frames that cannot be cleaned automatically
- plastic and mechanic processing units
- its own laboratory certified by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT)
