To support our growing organisation we are currrently looking for 

IT Expert SharePoint & Power Platform

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and provide solutions that meet those needs
• Identifying the best way to use the Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI to improve business processes and increase productivity
• Designing. implementing, and document Power Platform & SharePoint online based solutions to support business processes and workflows. Provide trouble-shooting and support
• Govern and manage Power Platform & SharePoint online, incl. licenses, access rights, security, Backup, Disaster Recovery, etc
• Providing training and support to end users, leading Power Platform Internal Community
• Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and services
• Lead digitalization projects in area of Power Platform using Jira incl. participating in testing, deployment and maintenance of the solutions
• Communicating and reporting the progress of the project to the stakeholders and management team
• Participating in Agile development process and Scrum meetings
• Continuously looking for ways to optimize and improve existing solutions.

You are a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in SharePoint Online Administration and Configuration
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint Online and Power Platform issues
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and features
• Experience in Power Platform development, including the creation of Power Automate workflows, simple Power Apps, and basic Power BI reports
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and best practices, security and compliance is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence is a plus
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Polish and German is an asset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to understand and articulate business requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with other Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams
• Experience in working with Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with REST APIs and web services
• Experience with Power Platform certifications
• Experience in working with AI in Power Platform
