Technical Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

To support our growing organisation we are currently looking for 

Technical Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities:

  • Administrative processing of repairs in workshops or mobile interventions
  • Selection of workshops according to the repairs required
  • Checking maintenance measures ordered in the workshops or directly at the customer's premises
  • Processing claims
  • Electronic document/data management, including archiving
  • Invoice processing
  • Project support

You are a good fit if you have:

  • Successful completion of commercial/technical training
  • Several years' professional experience in the administrative and/or technical field
  • Good technical understanding
  • Reliable use of Microsoft Office applications
  • First experience of ERP systems (SAP, etc.) desirable
  • Good knowledge of French and English, German and/or Italian is an advantage
  • Good telephone skills
  • Hands-on mentality and a customer-, service-, team- and solution-oriented working method
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility (occasional visits to workshops and customers, but also internal meetings at other GATX sites)
