  Sleeper railcars are purpose-built for transporting sleepers to railway construction sites. They integrate seamlessly into track renewal workflows and can be combined efficiently with ballast and tipper railcars on site, reducing handling effort and improving overall project logistics. With an adjustable height transition from standard Slnps to construction trains and the new ramp railcars, GATX Rail Europe offers maximum flexibility, delivering for heights from 900mm to 1,470mm.
• Multi-functional Rens railcars for flexible construction logistics
  Our Rens railcars offer true flexibility. Equipped with floor lashing points that can be closed or reopened as required, they adapt to changing cargo needs. Slightly higher side walls remain fully standard-compliant, with optional wooden floors and floor-level opening flaps for easy loading and unloading. Beyond railway construction, these railcars can be repurposed for other transport needs, from construction materials to vehicles, extending their usability well beyond a single project.
• Intermodal railcars with modular superstructures for maximum flexibility
  For projects requiring maximum flexibility, GATX offers lightweight 60-foot intermodal railcars with modular superstructures. Despite additional set-ups such as tipper bodies or interchangeable cassettes, payload loss is kept to a minimum. Cassettes can be customized to suit specific requirements and heights. The result is high payload capacity combined with adaptable configurations for changing project requirements.
